Red face Schumi goes flying!
Seven-time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher went flying, well almost as he was involved in a in a motorbike accident in Spain on Wednesday.



Schumacher was taking part in a superbike testing session at a race track in Cartagena and fell off when he hit bumps while breaking into a corner. The 40-year-old was taken to the Virgen Arrixaca Hospital in Murcia, reportedly suffering from mild concussion and rib injuries.


The incident as it happened...


Schumi flew off the curve while driving at a whopping 110mph. He was thrown off the gravel track.











Schumi landed up atleast 20m away from his bike :rolleyes:
He was left unconscious after the incdent







Schumacher's Honda CBR 1000 Fireblade, after the crash, Crushed and damaged..

"I had an accident at the biking tests in Cartagena, and to be safe I went to a hospital. I was driving down start-finish and when breaking into the first corner I hit some bumps, which made me fall. The checks in the hospital showed nothing and I am fine. Therefore, I went back home at the evening," Schumacher said on his official website.
"Thanks a lot for the many wishes for recovery but I am fine as well today. Maybe I am not as flexible as I usually am but all checks showed no results," he added.
