We want to hear from you.
We launched f1f this year as a test pilot project to develop the site by the time f1 comes to India. Sadly that looks a long way off.

meanwhile, please help us in deciding what else you want to see here and what is just not right. Can we add something else and especially what shall we do in the lean period of f1 holiday

There is a poll and some questions below. please take some time to answer them.

1) Do you think our root should be forum or should we still keep the portal page? As you can see, its hard to update it on regular basis. Do you read the portal or better, would you visit it often if its updated regularly?

2) Almost all the videos from f1 are copyright. They are taken off youtube regularly too. But there are still some of them that are legally available. Do you watch videos?

3) Do you like this skin?

4) Would you prefer the avatar and user information at the top of the post or it is fine the way it is now(on the left hand side?)

5) Instead of a full news portal, would you instead prefer a digg/slashdot like portal that has important news snippets added by members/staff and they redirect to main story page on external sites?

6) How would you like to show off your support for your team? Custom graphics that you can purchase maybe? Please come with some suggestions?

7) Fantasy F1 - yes, we will do it for the whole of next season. Please suggest the format though.

8) Would you be willing to advertise us on orkut, facebook if we could come with a widget that shows your team support(or whom you support) in f1.

1. never read the portal , for some reason am used to visiting large news portals so go there straight or login to forums straight first since someone or the other would have posted on the forums. its easier to read and reply

2.f1 videos are hard to find. its fun on youtube since you never know what will turn up but if there are a good collection of videos why not

- I think the portal is good. But i somehow feel if we can RSS link it then you wont have to keep updating it ( dunno if this is possible tho )

- Yes i watch the race videos that come out after each race is over on the Formula1 website.

- If we could have a few options to change skins, it would be great. This skin is neat tho.

- Avatar is fine where it is. it defines this forum


5) Instead of a full news portal, would you instead prefer a digg/slashdot like portal that has important news snippets added by members/staff and they redirect to main story page on external sites?

- A full portal with pics and information would be better.

6) How would you like to show off your support for your team? Custom graphics that you can purchase maybe? Please come with some suggestions?

- Allow each person to design their custom graphics with a flash player based option that uses pre-made textures. ( i can help with the textures )

7) Fantasy F1 - yes, we will do it for the whole of next season. Please suggest the format though.

- Can we have that flash player in the F1 fantasy? lol

8) Would you be willing to advertise us on orkut, facebook if we could come with a widget that shows your team support(or whom you support) in f1.

- Yes, I would be willing to advertise F1fever on orkut/facebook/twitter

Have rarely looked up at the portal. That too when I had accidentally clicked on the HOME button on top of this page rather than the COMMUNITY.
And no, even if it is updated regularly, I doubt if I would visit it for the same reasons as the King has mentioned.

NO. Unless it is a crash I had missed watching live.

Absolutely. More options in the form of additional skins would be welcome though.

Don't make any changes. The current version looks good.

Maybe different badges under the username that can be bought with experience points... Not really sure.

Something like the one on ESPN Star Sports. It would be better to start a separate thread to discuss this.

Orkut and Twitter, yes.. Facebook I rarely use.. but still yes for that too.. ;)

2. Only if the stig is driving . Translated - I watch very rarely.

3. Yeah its good. Could use a bit of tweaking with the colours, especially for Super mod username colours.
