Default N.Technology forced to wait for verdict

Quote:
N.Technology will have to wait until later this week to hear the final verdict in their legal action against the FIA.

N.Technology took motorsport's governing body to court after claiming that the process for selecting the four new teams for next year's Championship were flawed.

According to the F1 hopeful's parent company, MSC, the "procedure for dealing with new entrants was not respected and there was not transparency about the process and preparations for the 2010 Championship."

There were also claims that only teams willing to sign up for Cosworth engines were even considered.

As such, N.Technology took the FIA to court with the case heard in Paris but were reportedly unsuccessful as the court's rejected their claims.

N.Technology, though, will have to wait until later this week for the full verdict.
