Weather unlikely to play along in Barcelona
The weather gods are certainly not smiling down on Formula One at the moment as the final pre-season test of the season is expected to be disrupted by rain.
All the teams have been praying for some dry track time following plenty of showers during the previous two sessions in Jerez. However, it looks like their prayers will go unanswered. According to the latest forecasts, light rain will fall on Thursday and again on Saturday. It's bad news for McLaren's Jenson Button and Nico Rosberg of Mercedes in particular as they are scheduled to drive on both those days. Unlike McLaren and Mercedes, Ferrari and the rest of the field have opted to give their drivers two successive days on the track.
