Kimi not dwelling on past

Kimi Raikkonen says he has put his disappointing 2008 season behind him and is determined to recapture the form that helped him clinch 2007 world championship. The Finn was beaten by team-mate Felipe Massa last year, who emerged as Ferrari’s title contender while Raikkonen struggled with a car that was less suited to his driving style.
“You always learn from your mistakes, but I am not particularly interested in understanding last year,” he told Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera. “We cannot change the way things went and it doesn’t help us to do better now. I’m happy to talk about what we can do this year.” Asked whether he is looking for revenge, Kimi replied: “No, I’m simply trying to give my all. Everyone knows what we can do and our goal is to win the championship.”
Raikkonen added with certainty that Ferrari will be his last team however that doesn’t necessarily mean that he will stop in 2010.
